Wet Rooms

Experts in contemporary and stylish fitted wet rooms

Wet rooms are extremely popular and are practical for both able and non-able bodied. In essence a wet room turns your whole bathroom into one large shower, which is easily accessible and easy to maintain. They are practically a good use of space if your bathroom is on the small side. Wet rooms can accommodate wall mounted sinks and a toilet thus ensuring the room is still a ‘bathroom’ in terms of its uses.

For those less able bodied a wet room is very practical, there is no step up onto a shower base that can be a trip hazard, seating and grab bars can be installed and still look aesthetically pleasing and due to the space being open, wet rooms can accommodate wheel chairs.

Wet rooms are also very contemporary; they have very clean lines and are pleasing on the eye. Hygienically they are easier to maintain than a normal shower cubicle and many people with busy lifestyles find them appealing for this reason as well for their stylish appearance.

As wet rooms are tiled from floor to ceiling, we would always suggest that under floor heating is fitted as they can be quite cold otherwise, however this is not essential. We are happy to discuss the possibilities with you so please do contact us for more information or simply for a no obligation discussion about your requirements.
